In December I placed an order for my wife’s Christmas. I also paid for 2 day shipping so it would arrive by Christmas. My money is on the method of shipping used by the company in finding fault for why it did not arrive on time (or even close). Maybe it was due to the weather or any number of reasons given these days by the USPS and other shippers.
But the important part about this review is that when I brought it to the company’s attention, they immediately refunded my purchase and shipped another one. As a small business, reputation is everything. I appreciate the effort this company went to in remedying a problem - one they were not probably at fault for.
